VISA EXTENSION? THIS IS A MUST TO APPLY FOR VISA EXTENSION FOR OVERSTAY otherwise, you will get trouble with custom and police. Visa extension is available from 1 month to a maximum of 6 months.

- The required documents are passport and 1 photo.
- The fee, please see below table.

Note:

Applying in Saigon:

You must hand their passports to the Vietnam Travel Choice office in Hanoi, and our staff will submit the application for the visa extension to the Immigration Department. (You do not need to go with our staff.) Processing time is 7-10 days.

Applying in Hanoi or Danang:

You must hand their passports to the Vietnam Travel Choice office, and our staff have to order visa service from outside. (Clients do not need to go with our staff.) Processing time is 7-10days.

Clients apply themselve:

You can apply at Immigration on your own. Visa submits takes about 2-3 hours and processing time is 7-10 days. You just pay the visa fee.

However, it depends on the Immigration Department on case by case basis.

OVERSTAY FINES

When tourists apply for extension visa and after that they overstay more than what they are permitted, this case is considered as illegal and they are in trouble with costom and police.
