If you enter Vietnam from Laos, your visa letter you need it is a faxed visa letter to Vietnam Embassy in Laos and you need get visa stamped there before you leave to Vietnam.

 

There is no way to get back money because when you apply and confirm and make your payment to sure that you use visa letter and all information had sent to Police Office in Vietnam to get visa for you and the money you paid is paid for all processing had been done to get visa for you, pls understand.

 

I checked again with your application, you chose port is "other" when you applied, I think I need re issue new visa letter for you because it is our mistake when we lost that we had not ask you for detail of arrival port when you apply for other port (not airport). It is free, you no need pay more but I will re issue new visa for you. The information that I want to confirm is: Where you will get visa stamped as I described in previous email? I need to know to prepare new visa letter for you and fax to Vietnam Embassy to Laos and after that you can come there get visa stamped before leave to Vietnam. Pls let's me know soon.
